Traditional Inn

Our Traditional Inn is a cluster of three colonial buildings and a contemporary health club surrounding the Main Inn. The Oaks, The Pines and The Main Inn buildings feature Standard, Select, Deluxe and Deluxe Suite guest rooms. All Traditional Inn rooms feature a private bath, cable television, clock radio, desk, easy chair and telephone. Deluxe rooms and Deluxe Suites also include air conditioning, fireplace and a living room arrangement.

Luxury Townhouses

Fairway Townhouses are luxury one, two and three bedroom townhouses located on our championship golf course and cross-country trails. Each offers the space and amenities of a private home including fireplaces, sundeck, fully equipped kitchen, even a washer and dryer. It’s a great alternative for families or two couples vacationing together.

Known for our award winning fine dining in the Main Dining Room and Veranda and the region’s most extensive wine selection, guests have also discovered our Millbrook Tavern and Grille, downstairs at the Inn. A perfect place for lunch, dinner and cocktails, the Tavern offers a hearty menu, live weekend entertainment, game room, pool table and 8 big screen TVs.

The Millbrook Tavern & Grille is open daily for the summer season! Lunch 11:30am - 5pm, dinner 5pm - 9pm and open late for cocktails. Casual, comfortable & family friendly!

The Main Dining Room is open for breakfast daily. Dinner on Fridays & Saturdays starting on Memorial Day Weekend.

The Millbrook Tavern and Grille offers casual dining at its best in a family friendly atmosphere. The Tavern suits all with a variety of dining options. From our year round terrace with beautiful view of the cross country ski trails and surrounding mountains, to our pub with piano bar and pool table or relaxed dining at the bar with sports in HD and extensive beer and wine menu.

The Tavern features an extensive menu of hearty entrees, burgers, sandwiches, and lighter fare offerings.

The Millbrook Tavern & Grille is open daily for the summer season! Lunch 12noon - 5pm, dinner 5pm - 9pm and open late for cocktails. Casual, comfortable & family friendly!

Golf!

Originally built in 1913, our course remained nine holes of little recognition until 1988 when it was redesigned and expanded to an 18 hole championship layout by the renowned architect Geoffrey Cornish.

Today our 6,663 yard, par 72 course takes maximum advantage of the mountain vistas and natural beauty of the area. Large well trapped greens, tree-lined fairways and five tee positions make play challenging for golfers of every ability.

Our golf getaway resort packages entitled you to unlimited play on our championship course, including an ‘extra day’ on your days of arrival and departure. Our golf season begins in early May and runs until the end of October. It isn’t unusual to ski in the morning and play golf in the afternoon in early spring and late fall.
